It would be irresponsible to give advise on training or altering training without knowing what you have been doing. If you want some general advise you can read some of the back posts or pick up a magazine. |

I'm recovering from the whiplash I have recieved over the last few months when I post. My neck is a little sore. Give me time I will heal. |
