This spring in track I should get the oppurtunity to run in the steeplechase. Any info on technique, pace or other is much appreciated. It looks like the most fun event in track! I can't wait to get at it! Thanks

If Adam swings by the forum, he could be of help. I've never tried the steeple chase (or the Kenyan chase, as I like to call it), but I would approach it like 1500/5k training but with some intermediate hurdles form work.
