Hi everyone,
Just wanted to drop in and say hi. I am a club runner from Windsor, UK and joined up to discuss running with a group of like minded people.
I a currently training for the UK IronMan in 2011 and if anyone is interested I keep a sort of training journal.

Just curious, do you do much running? Most triathletes I know focus the bulk of their time on swimming/cycling and get most of their aerobic development (for running) that way, doing as much running as they can muster on the side.
