Front Runners New York (a gay and lesbian running club in NYC) has released an "It Gets Better" video in response to recent suicides of LGBT teens. It's great to have the running community involved in such an important cause, and it's a really inspirational video. Check it out and forward to your friends and teammates!!

When I think of this, it reminds me of a quote that I generally apply to running but realistically probably has a much deeper meaning in the context of those struggling with the depths of sexuality and social expectations:
