Hey runners,
I just recently moved to the San Diego Area and I am looking for a new running group or just local races where I can meet other runners. Does anyone know about any upcoming events or running groups I can join? Thanks! |

There are lots out there in the general area. Probably best to Google the latest offerings.

If you are looking for races to meet people make sure you attend The Coastwise Mile on October 3rd. Its a really fun event for the entire family. They have competitive races and fun runs for children and pets as well. I ran in it last year and met a lot of avid runners. Make sure you come check it out this year!

Thanks MargeS
I did have a look at the website - I just have to check my schedule but most likely I will be participating in the Mutt Mile - get out with my dog.
Or might try to get some people from work to join me in the corporate relay.
Thanks Again - See you there !! |

The mutt mile is an event geared mainly towards getting people to come out and run with their dogs. So, it really doesnt matter what sort of a dog you have, as long as it can run |
