Some about when we are in rest and there isnt a competiotions ? what kind of trainings ??? And many more ?!

Do you mean: when you are not supposed to run?
Well, there is a lot that you can do: upper body (push—ups or sit—ups, but not as much as usually, if it is supposed to be a rest after a half—marathon or a longer race); bike riding (bike riding may help your leg turn—over) or swimming (swimming develops your entire body:mostly upper body) – no weight bearing exercises such as running or Olympic Weight Lifting or Worlds Strongest Man competition or Pole Vaulting etc.
