Does anybody know anything about saunas? I have a dry sauna in my house. Could it help my breathing or anything while I run if I use it regularily? |

Some regeneration specialists (something I don't know as much about as I would like to) use saunas as a fairly regular part of their training/recovery regimen. I can think of a couple areas saunas would help: relaxation, increased blood flow, and sweating out the toxins released by hard exercise.
