Hello again everyone,
Sorry i kind of fell off of the face of the earth there for a while.. i guess i better post again. I cant believe cross country season is amost ending. I feel like im just getting started. Ive sped up a lot since the start of the season. Last race i ran a 17:27. not good enough for any of the big stuff, but its okay. I trust track season will be better(assuming i dont ruin my leg!). _________________ Running is a big question mark that's there each and every day. I'll be honest. I'm a little jealous of your PR! I was right or even better than you back in January! Good job on your progress so far!
Something tells me you're not injured as you think you are. I've followed a pretty aggressive training schedule that would have put me at or above where you are right now. Though my injuries, were awful. I only got 18:42 for the entire season (I ran faster than that in some training runs). If you're really worried, go see a doctor and see if he can refer you a physcial therapist. If the pain doesn't go away then, arrange for a trip to the sports therapist. He can then refer you to an orthodics lab and orthodics can fix any severe problem. _________________ Je suis rapide! |

Thank You! Im proud of my time! However in the last races of the season i ran kinda crummy.
I am moving...to god knows where..probably in the phoenix area for my dads job. i dont think ill be here for most of track season, so i havent signed up, knowing ill have to quit suddenly. _________________ Running is a big question mark that's there each and every day.
