bmi is crap, i was fastest when i was "underweight" truth is your ideal weight may not be the same as everyone else's, ie a distance runner and sprinter have vastly different weights, you'lll know when you are at your ideal weight when you are running at your best |

Stats like that are good for average people, but athletes are by definition not average.
