Ok, I forgot about the half... So, two races, but I'm not sure either would count as regular racing or improvement... The mile is still slower than his earlier 1500m equivalent and the 800 is nowhere near the same level.

but they were PRs though ... So he has been improving ... And the 800 would have been in the 1:45 range if the first half hadn't been so dang slow ...
Either way he is in great form and is heading to Athens with the best shot any American miler has had since Ryun ... I think he can pull it off ...
Then afterwards he'll come back and get me a few points in my climb to the top !!!! _________________ Conway

At least I moved up a bit up to 27 now my first move up since the first week.. wooo hooo
a little over 1100 points now on to the Olympics!!! |
