After talking with the trainer and explaining what was going on, she said it was definitely Patellar Tendinitis. Tomorrow I'm going to get an IP-Band and orthotics and will see if that helps. If it doesn't heal completely I'll need to get some anti-inflammatory medicine. I am a little annoyed, but would rather have this happen now instead of in August when I'm trying to really peak. _________________ November 9th... |

20-30 sounds like too much. 15-20 is the general recommendation. You want to reduce swelling and inflammation, not induce hypothermia.
