Okay... a couple of days of working on running on the balls of my feet and I have a nice blister on the ball of the left foot. Heheheheheh. Figures.
Is this a fairly frequent complaint among those of us who are heel runners by habit who make the transition to flat/toe running? |

I blister fairly easily, but I never had a problem with that when working on my forefoot strike. Makes me think your shoes don't fit snug enough, particularly in the left forefoot. Weren't you saying that area has presented some fit problems?

Thanks, Dan. I don't believe it was me having the shoe fit problems... but I certainly will give the laces a little bit of a tug, though.
Methinks some calluses will help, too. |

I must've been thinking of someone else, sorry.
