Hi DAN!
I'm a 28 years old new runner. I just started running a few weeks ago. I run 2 miles every day and I feel great. I'm 5'10 and wieght 190 pounds. I've notice that in the last weeks I've been gaining weight. Is this normal? Maybe it has something to do with my diet, but I want to change it so it can help my running. Any suggestions are well received. Thanks in advance.

Hi Peter,
It's fairly common for people to gain weight while running, usually due to increased appetite and muscle gain. The important thing is whether or not you feel heavier, as that would be relative to your strength and fitness.
