I hate to be lazy here but some of the best distance training books ever writen have some awesome 800m training program. The best by far (and also the toughest to understand) is in Beter Training for Distance Runners. Which was writen by Peter Coe (that would be Sebs brother and coach) and Martin. If you need something different let me know. That should keep me busy although I dare say that I probably can't top BTFDR's.

Actually its a former start athlete of the same coach ... Cruz won gold and silver in the event in 84/88 ... He was outstanding ... And it is his old coach that has taken Krum to his recent heights ...
