___No one behaves on the track as they should.
___On the outdoor track, the lanes one and two should be only for the runners and race-walkers.
___I believe that the lane one should be for the fast runners and sprinters (sharp turns, though), and the lane two for slower runners and race-walkers. I always try to run in the lane one, and as close as possible to the inside line on the turns. However, if somebody faster comes from behind, and I notice them, or they let me know that they are comming from behind, I move to the outside lane, most especially on the turns.
___I would love for the faster runners to let me know that they are comming behind. However, some of them run too fast to make a loud noise, and others do not let me know because they have faced a lot of stinky attitude.
___What makes me very mad in Rossele--Elizabeth is that people abuse this track: roller-skates, teens on bikes, etc.
___Sometimes, I feel that it would make them happy if the rubber -- tartan -- Astroturf track was destroyed, and they put asphalt back on it. Anyway, many people in the area obviously, judging by their behavior, do not deserve the track anyway. However, why should I, or we, suffer? _________________ http://vincovitanj.tripod.com/Do_not_be_a_victim1/index.htmlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u43o595CARQ

When my track club has practices, we devide up the lanes, usually giving the distance people the inside and the sprinters the outside. The longer distance people usually need the inside since there's no 1km stagger when we do longer stuff.
The only thing that annoys me is people that are just out for a jog and insist on using the inside lanes. When you're tired it's hard to yell at someone to get out of the way, any when you do, they sometimes just ignore you.
Usually I don't have any problems though. It's not a horribly crowded track anyways. |

Distance runners are too polite. Sprinters just throw a shoulder into the offending jogger.

All the more reason to bump them. Maybe that'll give them the hint...
