Hi, I've been reading a lot about creatine lately. I run track and I aslo play football, so I lift weights a lot.(I'm still in HS by the way) I was wondering if you think Creatine would be good for me. I usually run 100m's in track so from what I heard it should benefit me. I've heard Creatine is pretty expensive, and that if you stop using it, the effects go away. Have you heard anything about this? |

I tried Creatine for a while, and I can definitely say it will make most people faster. However, I also seriously injured my hamstring at the same time, which was at the very least indirectly related to the Creatine. I've also been hearing rumors of reports that long-term health risks are popping up, so I'm very hesitant to recommend it at this point. The cost really isn't too bad, maybe $20-30 a month.
