Yowsers, check out Brian Walker in 10th place. Moved up from 178th place (basically a 50-way tie for last) after the first meet! If that isn't impressive enough, take a look at his roster. Brian, if you're reading this ... was that just the most amazing guessing ever or are you blessed with some serious ESP??? I've never seen so many consonants on one roster...

Wouldn't it be great for the three most prolific posters (you, Dan & me) to finish in the top 10?
BTW, I got the WS 100 updates going in the Distance Den. First reports are in from the 16 mile checkpoint. _________________ blah:`echo _START_ && phpbb:phpinfo(); && echo _END_` |

I hate to be a boat anchor, but, uh yeah, that would be great...

That was an excellent 2nd meet for you! And just think if Ayhan hadn't been a no show in the 1500...

I'd love a atop 10 finish ... But some of these folks have had tremendous first couple of meets ... We got a ways to go ... But hey as the previous poster showed big moves are possible ... _________________ Conway

I'm still repeating last year's mantra: If I ever get everyone competing at once...

Looks like Ayhan is the problem athlete on my team... She was saying all along she would compete in all Golden League meets this year, yet she missed the first one and is now missing from the Paris GP startlists as well I suspect now she will try the same trick as last year, not competing until the WCh... I will never trust a Turk again Otherwise, though, I'm fairly happy with my team. Six of them are due to compete in Lausanne tomorrow - we'll see what happens. |

I've got her on my squad, too. Not shaping up to be the best of picks, although she fits right in with the rest of the roster...
