Very good. Thumbs Up It's always nice to get a pat on the back.

Greg McMillan's calculator puts the 5 and 10K's at 13:53 and 28:51 so one can see from all the calculations that there is quite a bit of room to work with under the present world records. At this stage, I would be afraid of physical burnout with that many record runs in a year.

Definitely a concern in my mind. Rumor has it she will not be attempting any more marathons until Athens next year, and even that reportedly is not a definite at this point, with the big money fall marathons looming shortly after.

Run-Down has now been listed three times now in the RW Daily Bookmark, as you can see from the Awards page. I don't know if that's a record, but it has to rank pretty well...

They mentioned it as the Daily Bookmark last year when I brought it to their attention, so there's a decent chance they will do so again this year. I'd better send something to them soon...

Too bad everyone was so preoccupied with taxes and war yesterday. Didn't make for as big of a traffic spike as it has the previous two times.
