My wife had a hysterectomy last year. We both run about 15 miles a week. I've lost 35lbs and her about 15lbs. Should she increase the running and cut back on the eating or both?

I know nothing about that topic. Unless we have anyone hanging out around the forums that is knowledgable in that area, I would suggest consulting a doctor.
