Right here goes i am a 14year old boy from england(originally from scotland)i want to try and fit in a training program into my day i don hav alot of time.i would like a training program to lower my time of an embarissing 6:31 to anything lower i get up early in mornings because i have a paper-round and i sometimes run during that but it does'nt seem to work.also is it alrite for me to use weights and do u have any tips on running a 1500m because my next one is in 1 week thanx.!!!! |
