I am on an Windows NT Server trying to run your script and I'm receiving the following error:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers. The headers it did return are:

Undefined subroutine &main::page_header called at F:usersloopfrogwwwhtdocscgi-bind-mail.cgi line 228.


Please help me troubleshoot this issue as I am new to dealing with CGI scripts, (especially on NT).

Sarcastic answer: switch to a UNIX server and add years to your lifespan!

You obviously renamed the script from .pl to .cgi; did you make any other changes? I belive the $mailprog config variable would need to be changed to SMTP or whatever your NT server is using.

Line 228 is a call to the optional page header function (for incorporating your site design into the feedback displays). Line 98 is where the header file would be included, if you are using it. If not, that section should be commented out. If you are using the include, make sure it is pointing to the correct file path and name. Being on NT, you will probably need to change the forward slashes to back slashes in the path.
