I know that it's good to eat a lot of potassium and magnesium before running. But what can I eat as a good source of magnesium?
(I could have sworn that I already posted this message, but I couldn't seem to find it. So if there are 2 of this message it was an accident ) |

I'm not sure what food sources contain ample amounts of magnesium, but any good multi-vitamin will suffice. Look for something other than magnesium oxide -- that will give you a good indication of the quality. Oxide is the cheap stuff and probably will not do you any good.
