I've been running on a new Greenway and have had some problems with stray dogs. Has anyone ever used pepper spray when running.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

I haven't had need to use it, but I don't see any reason why it wouldn't do the trick -- as long as you don't mind carrying it.

actually I tried it. It was a total fail! the pepper spray doesn't spray at all. and...  |

I use a product called Personal Savers. They make a several running specific products and have got great reviews on Active.com and Womens Running Magazine.
