| Has anyone tried exercise ball workouts? I bought one the other day and I wanna start it, I hope to increase flexibility and tone up! |

They can be very effective for a variety of exercises, but I've never used them myself other than to sit and roll around on.

My mom had one, but all I did was kick it around the house 
I would've bought rubber bands instead (the ones with handles).
