This is odd, but my toe nails on my second toes from my largest ones are bruised. It's not like I dropped a hammer on them, but the impact from running causes the bone to hit under the toe nail. So basically I'm hammering my toe nails from underneath. I'm a bit worrried if they may fall off, when I was little I dropped a large iron pipe on my left ring finger nail and after a couple weeks my whole nail was coming off. When I got back yesterday from running, it would hurt a lot whenever pressed something with my toes (in walking, etc.). Has anyone had a similar problem? _________________ My favorite all time race: Hicham El Guerrouj - Prefontaine Classic Mile 2002 http://youtube.com/watch?v=4YykUTHzOL8

They seem to be fine now, I just have some dead tissue that looks like a bruise under the toe nail. The other one has like a thick white line in the middle as if it was bent. I did end up with my right sock being soaked in blood today because my achilles tendon was rubbing against the inside of my shoe without me realizing it. It just felt like the back of my foot was wet because it was slipping in and out easily while running. It's not that bad though, only my skin got rubbed away, my tendon is perfectly fine. _________________ My favorite all time race: Hicham El Guerrouj - Prefontaine Classic Mile 2002 http://youtube.com/watch?v=4YykUTHzOL8
