Hello! I just wanted to share what I've learned lately! I 've been running for a year and a half, and have lost 34 lbs so far. I'm just about 2 lbs away from goal. The closer I got to goal, I fell into the trap of exercising more and eating even less!!!! I wanted so badly to lose the weight! However, I either stayed the same, or even gained! My weight watcher leader suggested that I eat more - that maybe I was not eating enough! So... last week I ate more and this week lost 3.6 lbs! So I learned how important it is to eat regularly and enough, if you're doing a lot of exercise. I jog for 80 minutes 6 days a week, and I realize that I wasn't giving my body enough nutrition and my metabolism slowed down. Losing my weight feels great, and good luck on your own journey. Sue

Thank you, Sue. I think that may be my problem, too. I am going to try eating more. What a blessing! I'm hungry.

Remember, what you eat is just as important as how much you eat.
