I've had bursitis in my hip for over a month and a half. I just got a cortisone shot last week and tried running again yesterday and today but I could still feel it. I have iced and taken a lot of time off but it's still there. I'm now taking anti-inflammatories. If anybody could give any information on how long it usually lasts or anything else you feel may help me it would be appreciated. Thanks.
