Yeah its been a while and I cant say how often I will be posting in the coming months but I started thinking fondly of the coming track season and inevitably it brought me back.
Hope all of you are doing well - I started the year off with a bang 140 days straight running - some short some long but made sure I was out there it was fun to give it a go for a bit and I hope that the miles led to a ood base that I can build on for the coming year.
I got in and ran Boston again and I will pop that synopsis in a new topic - I look for ward to doing battle in the fantasy league again and conversing with all of you hopefully more frequently
