Hello,
I was wondering since creatine should be used soely for people who are sprinting, lifting, or just using quick burst of energy.....so.....
creatine would be good for
100,200,400.........would it be effective for the 800?
400 repeats are needed for a good 800 time and also a good 400 time...so i would think it would work..right?
thanks alot

My feeling is that the 800 is the longest event creatine would be beneficial for. The 800 incorporates a lot of strength work, but anything beyond that is more endurance oriented (where the muscle gain due to creatine makes you heavier and burns more oxygen).
