Well I have been clinging to my #7 spot for the last two meets and I don't know how - I made some mistakes in my choices but eh I guess I cant complain to this point - the one that bugs me the most though is that until the last minute I had Soi on my list and I tried to work something for some more runners and he just didn't fit - grrr
anyway looks like I have the following here hopefully I can hold on...

I did not see the 100M unfortunately - they have the medal ceremony or whatever for the 110 HH it was pretty hilarious Arnold and Xiang jumping all over the place...
