We've got our District track meet Tuesday and Thursday this week, so bear with me if you have any problems with accounts/rosters and I'm not around to answer questions immediately...

Thanks. Day 1 went pretty well. We got nearly all our expected people through to the finals and had a few pleasant surprises along the way.
Back to Fantasy business... Let's start compiling the list of athletes missing from last year's results that should be written in. Here are a couple I've seen competing early:
Women
100m - Marion Jones
100m - Tori Edwards
HJ - Vlasic

I'm wondering if 1500 means also mile
and 5000 means also 3000 or 10000 _________________ “But the most important thing is that you're having fun. It's not about the results or being number one in the world, it's about feeling satisfied and enjoying it.” Carolina Kluft |

Yes, but only one event per meet. If, for example in a championship meet, he were to double the 5k and 10k, you'd only get points for whichever he scored higher in. In that case, it would be like having separate 100 and 200 events where you have to select the athlete in both if you want him/her to score in both, but in the case of the distance races, it's rare for both to be held, so they're considered a single event.

Need stats... Gotta have a rough idea of how many points to assign write-ins.

They'll be added, I just haven't gotten to it yet... Robert usually gives me have a dozen more, one at a time, so I'm waiting for his full list.

Maybe Pauline Korwekiwang in the W5000m also (probably incorrect spelling) and perhaps Maria Cioncan in the W800m? |

Ok, the above athletes are all added in, with the exception of Korwekiwang and Selsouli, whom I couldn't find anything for.
Roster changes can be made through the end of today...
