Lately, I've been very busy with school, fun, and girls, and... school mascoting. Yes I am that enigmatic of a person. Now, the workouts I'm required to do work a lot with co-ordination, flexibility and strength. I throw in some running every now and then too. How fit do you think I will be for track? Since I'm not running as big of mileage as other distance people I was thinking of dropping the 2-mile for the 800 and adding a new event like high/long jumping or hurdles. Whats your input? _________________ Je suis rapide! |

The off-season is an important time to build yourself up, but also a chance to get yourself physically and emotionally healthy. I wouldn't change events just because of a lesser off-season base. Some people rebound quickly once into the season...
