Looks like its his 4th Here is the bit I downloaded from the distributer. I have not read the other 2 but have heard that the Runners and Other Dreamers was good...

I have his Heart Monitor Training book, I think its simply the best one on the subject, and anyone familiar with my signature knows I have read Once A Runner more times than I can count.

As far as this goes I heard a rumour that the manuscript was delayed and it may not be out till Dec... Crap!

Since you are an avid reader of OAR - question for you no one has been able to tell me for sure and everyone has an opinion on this one.. "What was actually wrong with Mize?"
