Geb ran sub-7:30 today within the Karlsruhe for the first time within this year's Indoor season.

With Bekele and Geb in great form, the Men's 3k (if contested by both men) within this year's Budapest WIC should be hotly contested.

That's a stellar indoor time. Since Komen's outdoor record and a few followup attempts at breaking it, 7:30 has been a top level mark for the most part. Hitting that indoor is promising for Geb's continued comeback. I just hope he doesn't waste it on the marathon in Athens...
