I PR'ed this past Saturday (July 24th) in the Cypress 23rd Annual 5K/10K run in Cypress, California 45:18 was my time.

I follow the same 8 week training program for 10K's year round my fitness is getting better

___It does not seem like any time soon, I am going to run 10 K, but just a couple days ago, I was able to run circa 5 miles from my home to the Union County Court in Elizabeth in sub 40 minutes.
