___Her guys, I would like to tell you about prediction contests ran by pavvka and jonmulk at iaaf site (www.iaaf.org). I did well in the last one. ___Therefore, in the next one, we would like to face a better competitions and more challangers.
___I will try to keep you up-to date. It may be even possible for Dan to create the survey, and put it on the Run-Down.
__Was I happy? Oh, yes:
"___How did the Polish contingent do? I was raised in Poland: Bialystok. Therefore, I consider myself Polish. Now, I live in Elizabeth, New Jersey, USA, and work as a Parking Violations Officer with the local police department (a "ticket man"). I am proud that we, and most especially I, did so well in this prediction contest. It was not that long ago when Polish jokes "DUMB POLAKS" were popular in the United States.
___It also shows that we learn from mistakes.
___I am happy that my prediction came through when it comes to the sixth place for men, could be worse, and first for women, could not be better."
How did I do? _________________ http://vincovitanj.tripod.com/Do_not_be_a_victim1/index.htmlhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u43o595CARQ

"And here are the final results - they differ from the results posted earlier by Ift, since two people entered slightly after the deadline, not giving me a chance to include them in the original version of the prediction database. Since they definitely entered before the competition started, I'm including them here - one of them actually did very well too...
Flump's score has also changed due to him forgetting initially to make predictions for one event (he sent those to me after the deadline, but before the competition started).

Big thanks to Jonmulk as usual for hosting the contest on his site, to Ift for keeping everyone updated, and to all the participants. Hope to see all of you (and a lot more...) participating in the WCh prediction contest.
Congratulations to Imperium - it's good to see a new face in there (even though that means I didn't win ).
I was out of town the whole weekend - no access to the internet or news and just found out what happened over the weekend. Great to see that both Polish teams will be in the Superleague next year - it will very likely be in Bydgoszcz now "

Uh, I have to say, the above 2 posts make no sense... Shouldn't this be posted to the IAAF forums?

1. This contest was about European Track and Field competition.
2. The highest eight national teams divisions for men, and women are known in Europe as Super League. There are two first divisions for men and women, and second divisions, as well.
3. PAVVKA is a Polish guy who posts frequently on IAAF fora web site and came-up with an idea of a contest (not just in this case), and jonmulk is a person who tries to create surveys for the contest at his web site.
4. I thought that it is only honest, after I spread the news about Dan's Track and Field fantasy league on the IAAF fora, to inform every one about the contests that are held by pavvka and jonmulk at iaaf pages.
5. I also wanted to inform you that I, and my friend from my native country, if not other Poles or Polish people (ethnic term: Nationality, Ethnicity, and Race are three different things) did exceptionally well predicting the results of the Super League.
6. The Polish men's team in spite of the near impossible situation, numerous injuries or people just coming back off injuries, survived in the Super League by a near margin, and the Polish women advanced to the Super League by a landslide.
7. I would like to apologize for writing it down or copying in such a disorganized and confusing manner.
8. Anyway, I am certain that there will be a contest
for the world championships in track and field; and I am fairly certain that Dan will be too busy running the track and field fantasy league. Therefore, I do not feel guilty inviting people within these fora to participate.

___Well, on a lighter note, if you would notice, I do not post often, and even more so, it was my 148 post that came out gibberish. I am not relay superstitious, but 148, if the digits are summed-up, adds to 13:
1 + 4 + 8.
