Well Marion isn't going to run in the World Championships, so she's is certainly not a contender.
But she will run in the Brussels GL meeting, a week after the World Championships.
I believe that Kelli White will win the World Championships Women's 100m title.
If she can get a great start, even a good start, I believe she is capable of running into the 10.8x low and possibly 10.7x high.
