Wondering if anyone has had anything similar... pain right behind my hip bone, sometime dull ache extending to lower back or butt. Doctor doesn't know, and I am in physical therapy doing strengthening exercises, but it doesn't feel like it's addressing the pain, which flares up even when I do a lot of walking. And I haven't been running for 2 months which is really frustrating!

Thanks.

It could be an inflammation of the sciatic nerve, which often times is simply stress related.
