That's what I was getting at when I said this wouldn't be a big points meet. Outside a half dozen people or so, 600-800 was a very good score. It typically takes 1,000+ to make any noise.

Yes, I like what I see, first time at the top of the table
I finally started to get some points for my sprinters, although part of them is still shooting blanks. My top scoring athlete is Olga Yegorova and she is only in 5th place overall, but I'm doing much better in the score/cost ratio. There I have the top two guys on my team and 5 of the top 10. Ramzi was a steal and a nobrainer but I must admit that Torrieri is a plesant surprise. I still think/believe/hope that my team will do ok in the bigger meets as I have some big guns mixed in with the wholesale priced guys/gals.

One thing I noticed is the top 10 contestants still have a lot of big guns lined up in reserve, so us mere mortals looking to move up have our work cut out for us...
I had 3 of the top 4 for a while in the score/cost ratio, but 5 out of top 10 three meets in is fantastic. That's some good scouting.
