I have already some early picks and some early "donts."
My early picks are: Defar and Kaki; not only because they are thinking about world records; they are already listed as participants on the web sites of two meets.
My "dont" is Tomasz Majewski of Poland; he wil finish his indoor season in February.

He did not say "when," but he will not participate in the European Indoor Championships (I do not see any reason for any world class athlete to participate in this event, except possibly to ... get an early injury ).
My guess would be that most world class athletes would end their indoor seasons with the meet in Karlsruhe 15FEB09.
