Medicine ball squat jumps, medicine ball overhead slams (works your abs), pull-ups/chin-ups, hills, hurdle jumps/plyometric boxes, more core work such as planks, double crunches, etc. Drills such as high knee skips, butt kicks, high knees, strides, etc. Ice baths, jump rope, lunges, and so on.
