I have not seen the temps but I don't see anyone drenched in sweat even th elonger distances so I would guess Moderate - Isbenyeva had 3 attempts at a new WR as well

Dismal meet for Team Run-Down, barely netting 300 points. Amazingly, that was enough to not lose any spots in the standings... I think only 3 squads broke 1000 points this meet.

Soi is an unbelievable value pick this year. He wasn't on my radar at all, so at least I'm not kept up at nights regretting that miss.  I had a few of those last year.

instead he was on my radar together with Micah Kogo...  but it's OK I'm satisfied with my 5000 guys Isaac Songok, Ebuya and Farah...
I'm biting my hands to have not Edith Masai. She's one of my favorite athletes, but I understimated her. Sorry Edith.
