I noticed that it is not easy to do belly breathe on running than resting. I realised the benefits of it. However, is it true that we only do belly breathing when doing exercises like running or cycling? Then what about sitting, walking or standing? Do we use our belly to breath? I've been breathing for the past 30years and is not easy to change my breathing pattern.
Please help.

I've never noticed that it's harder to belly breathe on one exercise/activity than any other.
