Swimming and Running
I run to the pool and I ran back from the pool.
My best was 100 pool--widths two weeks ago or, I guesstimate: 1 mile.
My "frog" is getting good and my forward crawl is ... OK and improving; I swim under water on regular basis one width with and without goggles. Majority of time, my warmup is made of cooling my body and warming my muscles by performing 40 pushups.

The pool is closed on weekends; so today, I ran hard 2.5 to 3 miles in 24 minutes.

Free pool will end this week.
