One word. Awesome. I have run over 100 road races and this ranks at the top. I am definately hooked. If there are any runners out there who have not tried a track race I highly recommend you do. OK, my time was not all that great, only a 4:48, but I have not done any real fast speedwork lately as I have been sticking to the 5k stuff. But I might change my training and attack another 1500. Maybe next time I'll be fast enough to be up where the real action is.
