Stéphane Diagana, Marc Raquil, Leslie Djhone, Christine Arron, Muriel Hurtis, Félix Sanchez, Christian Olsson, Bernard Lagat, Maria Mutola.

Hestrie Cloethe & Katsja Bergquist (HJ), Djabir Said-Guerni (800m), Maria Mutola (1500m!!), Franck Fredericks (200m) have confirmed

Zhanna Block, Torri Edwards(100m), Allen Johnson (110mH), Gail Devers (100mH), Jerome Young (400m), Ana Guevara (400m), Yuri Borzakowskiy (800m), Maurice Greene (100m) & Wilson Kipketer (800m) are expected to compete

Looks like I got 3 in there. I think I need to start kicking myself big time for taking Devers in the 100. What was I thinking? She is going to concentrate on hurdles....not sprints. Sad

Looks? Nah, that's just Micah... I had a hunch she'd be running more 100's this year, but that obviously hasn't come to fruition so far.

Also, I was banking on the women's 100 field being weak this year without Marion and Kelli, so lots of points available for anyone ready to run fast, which Gail generally is.

Looks like one of my other picks will fall through too. I thought I might pick up some cheap points with Tiffany McWilliams but she just withdrew from the Trials due to injury. Sad

I considered her, but figured if she did compete, it would be largely in the smaller GP meets that aren't part of the contest.
