I am a female who weighs about 145 lbs. I have been doing leg weights and my legs have become muscular and bulky. I would like to lose the muscle. Will running help slim down my legs or will it make them bigger? Please help. |

Depends on a lot of variables such as the type of running you do (endurance or power) and how your body responds to different training stimuli. In general, running will help trim you down.
