I want to be a good runner so bad, but I feel like I give up too easily because I begin to feel pain. I get tired of breathing, which sounds kinda funny, but it's true. It's like im concentrating on my breathing and it makes me tired. I also have been having stomach pains but have been drinking more water and it seems to do the trick but i just need some words of encouragement because I really really want to be good but i just give up so easily when i start feeling pain. what can i do to keep myself going? |

You are going to do just fine.
I take it that you are a beginner. If so, how much running are you doing now and what type and how much exercise have you done leading up to now? Also, why are you running? The answer to that will provide some clues to help keep you motivated. Is it for health, weight loss, racing?
We are a friendly bunch of folks here and will help you as much as we can. So welcome to the forum and check in often! _________________ blah:`echo _START_ && phpbb:phpinfo(); && echo _END_` |
