|
|
For the last 4 months i have had stomach problems where i have been going to the toilet for a no. 2, 4-6 times a day and my waste is always in a diahrea form(runny). This when it first started forced me to stop training, recently the situation has improved so i tried to start training again but after about 15 minutes of running i need the toilet really badly and have to stop running and its really frustrating as i cant train like this. Has anybody here suffered with anything similar? or does anybody know of anything similar? any comments will be thankfully receive as i want to sort it out so i can start training again.
Thanks |

Something that severe would almost have to be major dietary issues or something internal, such as a virus. Have you been to a doctor?

I sort of have the same problem at times, but that is because my gall bladder was taken out, and that is a side effect.
Greasy foods, wheat, or whey can cause the same problems.
Also have yourself checked for Chrones. IBS, and IBD. No messing around, get yourself checked!!
Let us know what you find out, OK?? You can run with the above, if, and ONLY IF, you get checked!!
Geezzz...again with the advice...two times in one day...

What do you eat, how much do you drink and are you maintaining a healthy diet. Aslo don't push yourself too hard on your runs. Just my opionion. _________________ Signing off for now
