The 100 is too hot this year ... Its not like last year where we were beggng for someone to run under 10 ... Sub 10 is the standard this year ... And that shuts out both Collins and Campbell ... Two guys that will exploit any race above 10.00, but who are out of touch once the clock stops below 10.00 ...

Right now I see only 4 "open" spots in the 100 final ... And I see Mullings and Brown grabbing two of those ... So we are talking about a lot of guys trying to get two more spots ... And we haven't even discussed the Africans yet !!!! And at least one will make the final - law of averages say that at least one has to ... So that leave one open spot !!!! And a long "waiting list":

Just to name a few ... Of course injury is bound to raise its ugly head ... But this is a hot hot event this year ...

You may be right, but at the same time, Collins wasn't really pushed to run a historically fast time. He seems to be a gamer that runs best under pressure, so I don't see times being all that relevant.
